Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

1.1 A deposit of 30% is required at booking.

1.2 By paying the deposit, the Participant commits to paying the full retreat fee.

1.3 The balance must be paid by January 10, 2026.

1.4 Both deposit and balance are strictly non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Failure to pay the balance by January 10, 2026 constitutes cancellation by the Participant, without further notice.

2.2 The Organizer reserves the right to resell the Participant’s place in such cases.

2.3 The Participant remains liable for the full retreat fee, unless the place is resold.

2.4 If the Organizer resells the place, a refund of up to 50% of the total fee (excluding the deposit and a €150 admin fee) may be issued, at the Organizer’s sole discretion.

2.5 The Participant may transfer their booking to another person, with the Organizer’s written approval.

3. Minimum Participation Requirement

3.1 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Retreat if the minimum number of participants (6) is not met by January 10, 2026.

3.2 In the unlikely event of cancellation by the Organizer for this reason, all fees paid by the Participant will be fully refunded. The Organizer will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the Participant, including but not limited to flights, transfers, accommodation, or insurance.

4. Force Majeure

4.1 The Organizer is not liable for failure to perform or delays in performance due to events beyond reasonable control. These may include but are not limited to:

Natural disasters

Weather conditions

Fire, flood, earthquake

Pandemic or epidemic

Government restrictions or strikes

Civil unrest or war

Airline or transport disruptions

4.2 In such cases, no refunds will be issued. However, the Organizer may, at their sole discretion, offer:

A credit toward a future retreat, or

Transfer of the Participant’s reservation to another retreat date or location.

5. Travel & Insurance

5.1 The Participant is solely responsible for arranging and financing their travel to and from the retreat venue, including transportation, accommodation before or after the retreat, and visas if applicable.

5.2 It is a mandatory condition of participation that each Participant holds valid comprehensive travel insurance, covering:

Health and medical care

Trip cancellation

Delays or missed connections

Personal liability

Lost or stolen luggage

5.3 The Organizer may request proof of insurance prior to the start of the retreat. Failure to purchase insurance is entirely at the Participant’s own risk.

6. Health & Fitness

6.1 By registering, the Participant confirms they are physically and mentally fit to engage in retreat activities, including movement sessions and excursions.

6.2 The Participant agrees to disclose in writing any relevant health conditions, injuries, allergies, or other limitations prior to the retreat.

6.3 The Organizer is not responsible for any illness, injury, or health-related incident occurring during the retreat.

7. Liability Waiver

7.1 The Participant will be required to sign a Waiver of Liability as a condition of participation. This waiver forms part of this agreement.

7.2 The Organizer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential injury, damage, loss, or expense sustained by the Participant, whether arising from negligence or otherwise.

7.3 The Organizer is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers including airlines, hotels, transportation companies, or facilitators.

7.4 Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence.

8. Participant Conduct

8.1 The Participant agrees to behave respectfully toward all other attendees, staff, facilitators, and retreat venue property.

8.2 The Organizer reserves the right to remove any Participant whose behavior is disruptive, abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate – with no refund issued.

9. Venue Policies

9.1 The Participant agrees to comply with the venue’s rules, including:

No smoking in prohibited areas

No unauthorized guests

Policies regarding alcohol, pets, and quiet hours

9.2 Violation of venue rules may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
